A typical visit, start to finish
You don't have to move your RV or wonder what happens next. Here's the whole visit, in order.
The visit in six steps
-
You ask for a price
Pick your rig type and length to see every package priced for your unit. Choose one, tell us where it's parked and how to get in, and send the request. Nothing is charged and nothing is booked yet.
-
We confirm by email
Within 24 hours you'll get an email with your firm price and a day and window that work. The time you ask for is a preference, not a reservation, until we confirm it.
-
A reminder
The day before or the day of, we send a reminder. It's a text if you opted in to reminders, and an email or a call if you didn't.
-
We arrive and take photos
We come to you, whether that's a driveway, a storage lot or a campsite, with our own water and power, so there's nothing for you to hook up. We never move or drive your RV. Before we start, we photograph it: roof, seams, decals and finish.
-
We do the work
We work through the package you chose, with a compact setup and quiet equipment. If we notice something that needs attention, we photograph it and tell you, but we don't try to fix it.
-
Photos and payment
We photograph the finished RV the same way. You get the before-and-after photos and your invoice by email. Pay by cash, card or digital, no checks. The price we confirmed already includes Wisconsin sales tax.
Insured
We carry liability insurance, and campgrounds and storage facilities can be named as additional insured on request. If you'd like to see the certificate, ask.
What we don't do
We're detailers, not RV technicians, so a few jobs fall outside what we do:
- No winterization or de-winterization
- No repairs, sealing or mechanical work
- No LP or propane work
- No mold remediation
- No black tank service
