What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of wisconsinrvdetailing.com, the prices it shows, and the requests you send through it. Using the site means you accept them. The detailing work itself is covered by the terms on the quote we email you, and what we do with your information is in our Privacy Policy.

Prices on this site are estimates

• Every price on this site is an estimate. It isn't a quote, and it isn't an offer to do the work at that price.
• We confirm your price by email before anything is booked. Prices are based on exterior box length, and we measure it on site. If it's different from the length you gave us, the price is updated to match.
• All prices include Wisconsin sales tax. Nothing is added when you pay.
• Touchless is a flat price set by your unit type, whatever its length. Basic Wash and Wash & Wax have minimum prices, $300 and $350, and any extras you add are charged on top.
• The Touchless subscription is two washes, bought together and paid for at the first visit, on a schedule we agree with you.
• Oxidation removal is always priced in person, after a test spot.
• Work for a fleet, campground or storage facility is priced for the whole group and agreed before we start.
• There's no trip charge within our service area.

A request is not a booking

• Sending a request doesn't reserve a time or create a booking. An appointment exists only once we've confirmed it with you.
• Until then, either of us can decide not to go ahead. Nothing is charged for sending a request, and the site never takes a payment.
• A preferred day or time window is a preference, not a reservation.
• If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours, check your spam folder or call (608) 404-7700.

Your request

• You need to be 18 or older to send a request.
• Give us accurate details and your own contact information.
• Request work only on a unit you own, or one whose owner has asked you to arrange it.

Text messages

We confirm prices and appointments by email. If you tick the box on the request form, we'll also text you appointment reminders and updates from (608) 404-7700. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or tell us by email or phone, and HELP for help. Consent isn't required to book. Tick the box only for a mobile number you own or are allowed to use, and tell us if it changes. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Site content

• We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it can contain mistakes or fall out of date. If anything here differs from what we confirm with you by email, the confirmation is what counts.
• We may change prices, packages, the service area and anything else on the site at any time. A change never affects a price we've already confirmed with you.
• The photos and text on this site are our own. Please don't reuse them without asking.
• Our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok links go to sites we don't run, under their own terms.

Wisconsin law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Nothing in them takes away a right you have under Wisconsin or federal consumer protection law.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version goes here with a new date at the top.
